Starting with a base of our NoFo Vodka, we add fresh raspberries, hibiscus, lemon, and mint to create this delicious delicacy. Served in a Collins glass with a lemon wheel and mint leaf garnish, the Day Hiker is a delight for both the eyes and the taste buds.

A newcomer to the NoFo Gainesville cocktail menu, the Blueberry Ranch Water offers up some refreshingly fruity spring flavors. Made with our NoFo Agave Blanco, we muddle in fresh blueberries and shake with freshly squeezed lime juice. To add just the right amount of fizz, we top it all off with club soda. Served in a Collins glass and garnished with a lime wedge, we recommend enjoying this treat while soaking up the warm sunshine on the patio.

A long time love for both NoFo customers and team members, the Big Chili is NoFo’s exciting spin on a margarita. Starting with our NoFo Agave Blanco, we shake up this local favorite with pineapple, agave nectar, housemade sour mix, and simple syrup. This creates a zesty treat packed with flavor! A limited edition cocktail offered by NoFo Gainesville during the month of April, the Elderflower Mule is an elevated twist on the classic Moscow mule. Starting with our NoFo Vodka poured over ice into a copper mule mug, we add ginger beer, elderflower, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Garnished with a lime wedge, this is the perfect refreshing choice to go along with lively conversation with great friends.
